Quick question on the Russian pio tub capacitors

I always see them stood upright with the terminals on top reading through some of the spec sheets many including the one I have are said to be hermetically sealed this should really allow them to be mounted in any orientation I am thinking about mounting mine horizontally and was wondering if any of you guys had experienced any leaking with these types of capacitors?

I have always mounted KK PIO caps horizontally.  There have been no repercussions.
