Ping PB.regarding new taper Alps 10 k volume pot.

Hey PB  I noticed there is an addendum to the Moreplay upgrade kit, I had an ALPS tech spec taper chart alas I cant find it now. I would like to use a motorized volume pot. I have an ALPS 048g 10 kax2 motor pot would that be acceptable? It's from a failed/abandoned project.

I suspect it would fit the board, you'll just have to figure out the remote sensor and power.

I can figure out the power and also the remote control, as I understand the upgrade board uses Dc I guess the question is what the custom taper that you are waiting for. Does that taper differ than the pot I  have?

KA is a log pot, which is what's desired for the volume control.
