Paradyne Manual Errata and Revisions

A couple quick updates for folks building the Paradynes:

1. We're increasing the wire length from OT-6 to 44L to something more like 7-1/4" since it's pretty tight at 7".
2. We're making sure the choke number isn't transposed in a couple spots as it is currently.
3. The post-tube installation voltage test has terminal 5 reading 530V but it should read 250V.
4. A couple solder instructions are missing the bold and underline.

I'm working on a revision to the manual and will try to have it out this week but wanted to post this here in the interim.
