No output on left channel for the first 5-6 minutes

After working flawlessly for a week or so, the last two days upon power up there is no audio from the left channel for several minutes. Then it starts playing and is great from there on out, for hours.
The left channel tube, 300b, seemed loose when fully inserted so I switched the tubes to no avail. Same issue.

The soft start function on the driver board should prevent audio from passing for a fair bit of time as the circuit warms up. How quickly does the other channel power up?

Sorry for the delay, been busy.
I just started the system, being more methodical and attentive. I noticed it is actually the left channel tube of my Moreplay that is not powering up.
I tried a different set of tubes, same result.
I ran my dac straight to the Kaiju and it is fine so it appears my issue is with the Moreplay!

My Moreplay has the upgrade kit installed and has been working fine for a month or so. I had it off the base earlier this week to refinish the base. I will inspect everything, and then perform the low voltage circuit check, then the high voltage circuit check.
Does this make sense? Since the one tube does not power up it seems its in these specific circuits?

I performed a low voltage check.
On A2 A7 I read 6.28v. On B2 B7 I read 11.29v.
What can I check, please, that could cause this over voltage on B?
Thank you Paul!
Just to be clear, this is on my Moreplay not Kaiju.

Oh, ok, I will move the thread.

A2/A7 and B2/B7 are the heaters for the 6V6 tubes and you should see 6.3V between each pair of terminals. The 11.29V is very odd, you'd almost have to have both a 6V6 not plugged into the socket properly (broken keyway on the bottom maybe?) and a soldering issue in the regulator for that issue to exist.

Tubes were not inserted wrong, socket looks good as do the tube bases. Keyways are fine, no damage.
This does not look good though, solder points for diodes look burned!
