My first negative feedback

G, that is funny... Are the mistaken purchases woodford reserve fueled??  I dont know how many times I thought a product was the coolest , must have thing I needed to get when I was surfing and imbibing.. DONT laugh guys, but my funniest purchase under said conditions was a Steven Seagal music cd that he recorded. and was selling over the net.... I auditioned it and thought "man!, I need to have that!" hahaha

Long long ago, in a far off website, was small group of audiophiles who wanted to buy and sell equipment with no lies/hassles. They formed a small business and decided to call it Audiogon. All was well for years, until, one day a marketing rep showed up at their door.

Well, now I have an experience to report. Maybe this thread will help me salve the wound from this experience. I sold a Carver H9 holographic unit to someone at Ebay. I took a loss on the unit, but figured I had to as I need the money right now. Got a message this morning about returning the unit, even though I said there were no returns. I informed the customer that I WOULD accept a return in his case, and would resolve the situation to his satisfaction. I replied within 10 minutes of his first message! Now, he has opened a case stating that he wants a refund(didn't I just tell him that I would?), or an exchange, which I also offered. Jumping the gun really can cause damage to my credit at Ebay. I'm depressed.

Man, that sucks.. It's like that guy just wants to make a problem... kick his butt if can... and Dammit you are
one handsome mofo... THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE 4KROW!!!!

If only that photo were of me and not Christopher ? You know, the guy that played in Highlander. Yah, close resemblance I figure.  heh heh

Ok, so anyway, as usual, I figured out what the problem actually was. I emailed the customer, but he hasn't responded. It goes like this: In the C9 unit, there are three buttons, from left to right, they are 1) 'theoretical'  2) 'wide'  and 3) engage. On the H9 the 'engage' button is on the LEFT, not RIGHT . Since this customer owns a C9 for the past 25 years, he would automatically push the wrong button! I know, because I did the same thing!
I had another customer that claimed that his C9 didn't even turn on. Hmmmm, well did you press the on button?  True story......

Yep, first time I saw him on the silver screen was...... wait for it....... ..........  ....... Tarzan..... at the time was the biggest budget hollywood POS  ever... at the time....

Highlander?????  Interesting.  In the first Highlander movie he exits the castle and goes off to battle where he is first killed.  The castle and bridge are from Eilean Donan Castle, where my Great Grandfather left to head to North Carolina (Grandfathers Mountain).  I call it "my castle."

Well, me and 5000 other descendents of the McRaes.  That is where Lees McRae college is.

Welllll,  Let me just change things around a bit, and SHAZAM,  ROBO-KROW is born.

Cool story G... And remember the one TRUE scot in the movie (Sean Connery) was The Spaniard!....haha
