Moreplay Upgrade Question

All, I'm about to pull the trigger on the Moreplay upgrade kit but have a quick question: Is there any reason I wouldn't be able to do this in two stages? I'd like to start by installing the volume/balance pot board in my stock Moreplay, and then do the Schottky board later, maybe. Will that work, or do I need to do the Schottky board first? Thanks much.

The instructions are actually split in half between the two modules, and I don't see any compelling reason why you couldn't put the volume/balance board in first and do the power supplies/C4S section later.
