more than one turntable

Hello,

I have two turntables, a Technics SL-1500C and a Uturn audio. Been thinking about getting rid of the Uturn, either selling it or giving to my father in law. Is there any reason to use two turntables?

Some people really enjoy listening to 78s, and having a dedicated turntable for that purpose can make a lot of sense.

Old mono records sound awesome—often better than stereo— and sound best with a dedicated mono cartridge. I have 2 tone arms on 1 TT, but if you’ve already got 2 TT…
