I can do that, Gerry, with pleasure. But the shipping cost would then be very high!
 
I built my paramounts with 304 stainless #8 mirror finish sheets as well a while back.  Was able to get the top plates fab'd via the interwebs through stainlesssupply.com

Entered the dimensions and aperture/ hole locations on their online form. They subsequently sent a dimensioned drawing to approve, then received the plates a couple days later in the mail.  Price was surprisingly affordable.

Easy peasy...

B - Would you be able to send me a copy of the dimensioned drawing and/or an order number from Stainless Supply?  I would like to order the same top plates and there's no reason to reinvent the wheel.  Thanks.

see attached drawing...please verify against your top plates for accuracy (i.e. don't necessarily trust my figures).  Also suggest you take actual measurements for your tube sockets and large parts as I had to do some filing with mine to account for part variation...easy when working with AL...more time consuming when working with 14G stainless steel.  Likewise, the slightly thicker sheet stock means that you may be right on the margin for screw length in some cases.

All this said, the process on Stainless supply's website isn't terrible.

I simply traced the top plate onto a piece of paper, then measured the original AL top plate with a set of calipers, marking off my traced drawing as I went to avoid missing any critical dimensions.  I used this to input figures into their web form.

NOTE: At the time, I thought I would save some $ by having them laser-cut the larger apertures and then drill the smaller holes myself on a drill press.  That is what is reflected on the attached drawing.  In hindsight, I would have them do everything and save the incremental effort.

Bryan, out of curiousity, how much did you pay for the cut s/s plate? Just to get an idea how the operating cost differs from here.
 
Thanks Bryan. It's almost the same, I paid $75 but cut exactly as the original piece. Maybe the only difference is in the material thickness, I have mine cut in 2mm plate. Oh, and I had to have the drawing ready in their software for the cutting machine.

Thanks Bryan!  For both the drawing and additional info and suggestions.  Apparently I'm not the only one interested, it has already been downloaded over 25 times!
