I just opened my kits and am seeing where I am supposed to download the files? I do not know where from. My profile as well says I haven't placed any recent orders?! Can anyone help? I want to solder this weekend. Eros 2 and a Bee Pre. (Oh yeah...)

I removed your other post in the section for pre-assembled kits.  I wouldn't recommend posting that kind of personal information in a forum thread.

I would send an e-mail to replacementparts(at)bottlehead(dot)com about resetting your manual downloads.
