Lots of DC voltage readings off vs. manual [resolved]

Holy cow, I've got a bunch of voltage readings that are way off vs. the manual.  Not sure what to do other than list the ones that are off with terminal # and my voltage reading:

3: 152v
6: 5.1v
18: 151v
19: 150v
20: 150v
26: 150v
28: 90-115v
30: 150v
44: 74v
45: 70v
47: 177v

I'm totally stressing because I thought I really followed directions carefully and rechecked my work.  Hope you can help me figure out where to start.

3: 152v

Nothing connects here in the build, and nothing connects here in your build. Are you sure that wasn't terminal 4?

6: 5.1v

How's terminal 5?  I would suspect that the black wire that grounds terminal 5 isn't well connected/soldered on one end.  Either that or the 1M resistor isn't well connected/soldered (though it looks OK from the photos).  This is a big problem though, this will throw things off on that side of the kit.

18: 151v
19: 150v
20: 150v
26: 150v

You have a miswire on your B socket.  The center post is floating.

28: 90-115v
30: 150v

These are also terminals that connect to nothing.  Maybe you're seeing 90mV here, which would be 0.090V.  If that's the case, maybe that's what's going on with terminal 6?

44: 74v
45: 70v

You can ignore these.  There's AC voltage here that may throw off your meter.

47: 177v

This is only 3V off.  It may actually drop a little more when you get the B socket wiring error sorted out.
