lost a channel with integration [solved]

Hi,

I am working on the integration upgrade.  Had no problem with the shunt regulator, but on the B side C4S board, I have 0 volts at terminal 31 and the diodes do not light up on that side.  The A side lights up fine.  I've double checked the board and connections, but don't see any obvious mistakes.  Any suggestions where to look.

Generally this is an issue with the center leg of the MJE-350 not being heated up enough during soldering.
