I saw a demonstration of the Chrysler Turbine at Lenox Square in Atlanta. It was said it would run on anything combustible, gas, "that good ol' mountain dew" (Moonshine, although a great waste to burn it) and the then popular Jade East.
The presenter poured in a bottle of Jade East and I ran to the exhaust, I could smell it coming out. He didn't pour in any moonshine.
I was most impressed with its lack of vibration. They put a quarter on the air cleaner and revved it up. It didn't even jiggle.

I was only asking for clarification about this site, nothing more. These fine gents/ladies here are good enough to accomidate all of us, as long as we don't 'get into it' with each other. No one here is asking for you to leave, and I, for one appreciate your contributions.

I appreciate the comments of those who are willing to look back at their posts and offer that they may have been able to word them a little more diplomatically. I have not threatened to ban anyone and I'm not asking anyone to leave. Yes, if any thread gets out of line I will lock it. And yes, if someone is being intolerant and can't make a point without belittling other posters, I will call you out. We all have a responsibility to look at how we word our posts with a thought toward how others will perceive it, not just how we intend it.
One of my responsibilities is to look at these threads as a future resource for others. If there is too much stress and strain in the conversation like has happened in this thread I usually make the determination that the static overwhelms the signal. Thus I am locking this thread in spite of the rather interesting initial discussion. Tickwomp, your project is just f***ing awesome.
