I've had the Crack and SEX pair for a bit, and was considering the Submissive when I saw Adrian's post a few months ago.  I broke down during the recent "Website's Broken Sale."  It was a very simple build, coming together in less than 3 hours.  I still need to put a finish on the base, but I couldn't resist setting it up.

I will happily take the blame.
Looks great - I know you will enjoy it.
My reason for having the Submissive was to have selector switch/volume control to go with my Paramounts.  However, I have the paramounts but do not have good enough speakers for them yet.  I really do like what the Submissive provides with the stepped attenuator and the capability of having more than one input.

Yeah, I saw that the other day.  Very jealous.  I ordered a turntable the other day, and while the Eros is very tempting, I can't justify spending more on a preamp than I did on the TT.  I'll have to "settle" for the Reduction/Integration instead.
