Hi All,

Just wanted to say many thanks to all on this board for the sharing of such a vast wealth of information. I have spent many hours reading posts, looking at pictures, gaining knowledge etc... I thought I would share a few pictures of my current (temporary) setup.  I am in the midst of finishing my basement and my wife has been kind enough to allow me to setup in the living room until work is complete  :)

2A3 Paramount's assembled last week - RCA Blackplates on the way...bases to be finished/stained but I couldn't wait to put them to use!

ForeplayIII was purchased from a very generous forum member...exterior to be finished to match the Paramount top-plates. 

Thorens TD-160 w/ Denon DL-110 spinning some Fela Kuti in the pics.

Had to settle for the Tannoy's as there is not enough room to setup the 1976 Klipsch Cornwalls...

I make all of our visitors listen :) Sound is unreal - thanks again everyone!

Welcome! You will find many to relate to here! Good community of folks. A little 'off' but good folks nun the less!
 
Very nice.  I like the FPIII too.  Isnt that OD3 cool?  Im tempted never to do the extended upgrade on mine just because of the OD3 alone  ;)

Nice work, but doesn't the 5670 look silly next to the 2A3?  It is just so short!

I used a TD-160 for 15-20 years.  It is a great table.

I know many of your visitors are wondering why you have tubes and don't wonder after you start to play some music.  So many people are unaware that music can sound so three dimensional.
 
Yes - first Bottlehead build, but not my first time building amps...

I've since rolled in some 1962 RCA blackplate 2A3's and mundorf SIO parafeed caps... 8)
