Help! No sound in right channel

After more than 3 months of audio bliss, the right channel on the sex 4 suddenly went dead. Tried swapping cables, tubes, speakers....no luck. Headphones also have no sound in the right channel.
Brought it back to the workbench and did the voltage measurements. The following terminals were having low voltage readings (readings immediately after it was built are in brackets):

4 - ~175V (247.6V)
15 - ~35V (52.6V)
18 - ~35V (52.5V)

I have tried reflowing the solder....desoldering, checking the resistors and capacitors, then resoldering again....all no luck.

Any help here would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I would start by reheating all of your solder joints to see if that helps. Many of the joints on there look like they didn't get enough dwell time with the soldering iron.
