Yes, headphone.com is getting out of retail sales and is selling their domain name.
They plan to concentrate on developing and manufacturing headphone gear -- amps and such. The new address is: headroomaudio.com
where you can find answers to questions and see what the "new" company is all about.
I myself hate to see them go as they were a great source for headphones and related gear, had fantastic customer service and got things out the door very quickly. Over the years I've bought 95% of my headphones and IEMs through them and will be sorry to see them go as I know where to go for amps
