Thermioniclife Member Jul 7, 2020 #2 That is a good question indeed. Lets assume lifespan is 20 years, Doe's that stand for unused cap's? I have some almost 20 year old Elna's. Now i am wondering. The price for new caps is not very expensive.

Paul Birkeland Moderator Staff member Jul 7, 2020 #3 If they are black snap in caps with the (M) logo on them, I would use them. They would also say TS-HA or TS-HB on them.
