Wanted to share my first diy experience with Bottlehead products. Ordered the Crack with Speedball on sale. Crack is complete as of last weekend, and I've been listening/breaking in ever since. Speedball will go on 6-8 months down the road as I become more familiar with the Crack. Pretty pleased the Crack fired up with no issues first time! ;D Definitely attribute that to the fantastic directions, thank you! All-in-all, an extremely rewarding build and thoroughly enjoyed the process. The sound is stellar, btw. First piece of tube kit in my system, and will not be my last. Already lusting over a Stereomour II....
