Electrolytic Capacitors

If power supply electrolytics are starting to fail what would be the symptoms? I imagine that B+ might decrease as one or more of the caps start to show less resistance to ground, but I'd like to hear what more informed minds think TIA

The cause is age + heat or abuse.

B+ may indeed increase if leakage increases.

The tops will also bulge out before they go.
