Crack speedball high voltage readings

My voltage readings are higher than the values given in the manual. What would cause this and is it a big deal?

What are the voltages on the small PC board?

I believe these are them.

Yeah, your 6080 cathodes are a little high, but it won't harm anything. You may find that after some operation time that they settle down a bit.
