Capital Audio Fest DIY amp shootout July 25-27, DC area

Basic summary of the rules: Build a stereo amp that weighs <70lbs and is less than 20"x20"x20". 

You don't need to build an amp specifically for this contest, you can bring what you already have.  Kits are allowed/encouraged, so feel free to bring your Bottlehead amp if that's what you want (see, I can get it on-topic ;) ), or bring whatever else you think rocks.

If you're planning on participating, please let me know so we can have some idea of the interest level.  We're kinda flying in the dark here as this is our first go at this...

That's a pity that the competition is cancelled. It would have been a fun event.

In the meantime, if you live in the DC area, remember the push-pull salvage amp competition in October.

When I get back from Sydney later this month, I will continue building my entry. Depending on the rules for 2015 CAF competition, perhaps I will be able  to enter my amp in next year's competition.
