Capacitor swap S.E.X. 3.0 re .1uf 400v - orientation of outer foil question

I have a pair of copper foil caps than I want to swap in (new ones are .1uf 600v). Would the non- banded end be attached to A11 and B11 (ie to the tube socket)?

The outer foil goes to the driver plate (socket pin 11), inner foil to the power section grid (socket pin 3).

Sorry - more of a visual person! I’m unclear about socket pin 3. I posted he photo above showing the new cap, and the band for the outer foil end is by the red shrink lead. So, per the above, does that lead go thru 2L and attach to A11, the other lead to 4L? Thank you for the patience
