Can the old speedball be used on the Crack 1.1?

Are there any wiring differences other than the ones going to the Speedball that I need to change?

You could do that, sure.  An old Speedball will be old enough that I would throw away the LEDs and replace them.

In a pinch, you can bake the HLMP-6000s in your oven at a low temperature for 5-6 hours to get any moisture out.  You'd have to look up the temperature specs for doing that though.
