Bootlehrad crack with speedball [resolved]

Hv had to replace the leds on the small tube before going any futhur and connecting headphones was wondering if the below voltages are in spec.

1.  71 volts
2.  152.2 volts
3.  0 volts
4.  153.3 volts
5.  0 volts.  This concerns me
6.  0 volts
7.  95 volts
8.  0 volts
9.  96.9 volts
10. 0 volts

OA. 70.1 volts
IA.  155.8 volts
AB.  0 volts
IB.  155.9 volts
OB.  72.3 volts

Im concerned about 5 as all others seem in range. I had to replace the leds because i changed the tube socket and in the process the old leds legs snapped Please advised

OB on the small PC board connects to terminal 5.  You have 72.3V at OB, so you should also have 72.3V at terminal 5.

The presence of the correct voltages on terminals 7 and 9 tells me that you have 72.3V at terminal 5, I would suggest double checking your measurements.
