Yes....  I bought the first one from Amazon and waited for the second one.....  They now have them in stock. or at least they did the other day.    Slighted less.  I do see the difference... Very minor in my system but there, none the less....

I got them from Amazon (Bel-Art Scienceware 183070005 Round Lead Ring with Vikem Vinyl Coating, 76mm OD x 43mm ID)  According to the their site they have three in stock. 
The other option is to get them from Bel-Art direct.

Is that a glossy red Pro-Ject RPM 1.3?  If so, this is like the exact setup that I was thinking of doing!!!  What color/kind of paint did you use on the faceplate and what kind of wood finish did you end up using?

Really great stuff, the setup looks fantastic

Yes, that is the glossy red Project.    The best match I could find for the red is "Valspar Anti-Rust Armor"  Gloss Red.
The finish starts with one coat of light oak, followed by one coat of satin urethane.  It is the followed by 7 coats of glossy urethane.    Light wet sanding between each coat.  I know is sounds a bit excessive but it works for me..
