Other than 1 of the 300b sockets being able to rock a little bit I'm quite happy with how things turned out.

Otherwise not much to say. White skirts, aluminium knobs (had to shorten the stem on the channel selector and widen the hole in the knob a bit for it to be level with the 2 others). And had the transformer end-bells chromed.

Quite stunning!  A white Bee!  Stripe the base yellow and black it becomes a yellow jacket.

I was planning to stain wood bases white, so that I can still see wood grains through the stain, but I wasn't sure about white color... until now

Where did you find those nice dummy plugs for XLR jacks? I've only seen black plastic ones from Neutrik.

The xlr plugs were from the  german ebay i think

Cardas makes them and they are kinda crazy expensive. Presumably that's because they have them made them in small batches.
