Balanced inputs

Can someone direct me to where I can purchase balanced inputs? I see the website has changed. And/ or comment on the implications of adding said inputs? Any affect on sound/ tone, etc.? Thanks, friends.

Great info thanks for posting. Just wrapping the output upgrade and was wondering if something existed for inputs as I use a Schiit Bifrost 2 for streaming and cds and it has an XLR out.  I called CineMag last week and ordered two input transformers.  Just a heads up - there is a three week lead time on the parts as they were out of stock and currently making more.  For reference, my parts (transformers) shipped to the PNW were $165.00.
