Another Voltage Issue

Hi All,

I'm just completing a stereomour 2. The resistance check went fine, but I ran into an issue with the voltage check. #14 was a zero instead of 170-230vdc. I also have a led light out in position d1b (I believe). I've looked around, but am not seeing anything that jumps out at me, but then again this is my first build. Thanks for any help available.

Other than the LEDS, you need to heat the solder joints on that PC board until the solder flows through the board to the other side.  Do not apply solder to the other side though, just let what's on the bottom flow through to the other side.
