Another raw B+ test question

My raw B+ measures 340vdc. A/C line is 121v. Thoughts? Thanks.

Can you post a quick build photo showing the power transformer wiring just to be sure?  340V is a little bit on the high side, but not necessarily an issue if there isn't a miswire on the power transformer.

the second resistor looks unsoldered IMO.

From that angle it looks that way but it really is soldered. Plus those r's are for the heaters.
