Do you at least get a glow from the driver tube?

I do actually.  I couldn't see before with the unit flipped over, but confirm the driver glows.

Okay.  Back in business.  Resistance checks are good.  Voltage checks are good.  LEDs all light.  Trim pot set to 175v.
