13ohm 1/4W resistor (brown, orange, black, gold, brown) Question

Hello,

I am building a kit for a friend. The kit includes a 1/8W resistor with the color code brown, orange, black, gold (does not end in brown). Are these the same ohm as the 13 ohm 1/4W brown, orange, black, gold, brown ones? Thank you for the help.

If you measure one with your meter, what value does it return?

I'd be sure that those measure relatively close to 13 ohms, as they are 5% parts and the original part specified was a 1% part. I'd want to see about 12.7 to maybe 13.2 ohms.
