Resistor Confirmation

On page 51, it calls for a 130 ohm 2w resistor (brown, orange, brown, gold), but I don't have any. What I have instead are (4) brown, orange, black, black, brown resistors that do not match the photo. Are these 130 ohm (image attached) and can they be substituted?

If you use your meter to measure the resistance of one, what value do you get?

Wow. And I haven't even had a beer yet. You guys must have a lot of laughs at how brilliant we are. It measured 130. It is larger than the 330 ohm resistor, so I made a dumb assumption.
