100kohm 3W resistor

The photo on page 27 of the manual shows a blue resistor with brown, black, yellow and Gold bands. I can only find a solid sand colored resistor with 100kohm written on it, but no clue if it is the 3 watt. I believe the resistors on the right of my photo are the 2W 100kohm. Can you confirm? Thank you!

The sand colored resistor is indeed 3W.  The striped resistor is the 100K/2W part.
