Want to add this, what does the kit look like when you receive it?

I'm bored and hope the PCBs are NOT assembled and I can really stretch out the build time.

How much rework is needed on the Reduction? As in how much stuff needs to get pulled off?

Seeing the manual would answer this

The PCBs are not pre-assembled.

Four resistors get pulled out of the Reduction and some wires get popped out on one end.
