Voltage Check High, Terminals 2 and 4

Voltage check on terminals 2 and 4 are reading 212 instead of the recommended 170.  This is outside the 10%.  Everything else reads almost dead on.

Do I have an issue or am I good to go?

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I did previously check and have checked again.  The powerline AC voltage N and L on the IEC is 122.6.

Well dammit I follow the wrong directions.

I followed the <115 instead of
IF your voltage is GREATER than 115V AC and
LESS than 130V AC

I will make the adjustment, moving the red wires to Terminal 15 instead of 14.

So on a related note.  When Stay At Home ends and I decide to take my crack to work, do I need to retest the power line voltage and move wires if necessary?

I think you'll find that most outlets in a 120V area are 120V.

If your office is in a really, really old building with a really old power service, the voltage could be down around 110V.  It certainly doesn't hurt to check.
