Upload error

I tried to upload a photo but I received this message:

The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved.

Does anyone know what it means ?

We just moved the forum to a new server this morning. It looks like I need to ask our IT guy to change the permissions of the upload directory. Should be fixed in a bit.
