I would recommend sending this via e-mail if at all possible.  This is primarily a tech support forum, and your cancellation is likely to happen much more quickly if the request is sent to queen(at)bottlehead(doht)com.

  I did contact them first at that e-mail, but was forwarded an auto response stating they'd be out of town until the 3rd, and to refer to the forums.
Figured I would double my chances before it got shipped.
