Tubes and safety

I know I've been asking a lot of questions, and am extremely grateful for the responses. Now I am wondering if the tubes hold a charge like a cap? I know TV tubes need to discharge but don't know about these. I just worry about touching them when removed from the circuit/socket.

They do hot hold a charge and don't require any special precautions beyond dealing with how hot they get when operating.
