Transformer Bolt Hole Pattern?

Is the Crack Power Transformer bolt hole pattern on a 2.5" by 2"?

It sure looks like it, but want to be sure it's not a metric near-equivalent (and my eyes aren't what they used to be).

Yes, lams are usually spec'd in imperial dimensions. With the current political climate I imagine the imperial system will remain the officially recognized standard of measure in the US, while the metric system will remain just as common in actual practice in the US.  I was around the last time they tried to get Americans to change over completely to the more logical system.  Even way back then you learned the metric system if you studied any science, and it was no big deal. But the governing bodies threw in the towel after a few years of resistance.  The dropping of the metric system was a classic example of retaining an old standard for the old fogeys because they hate change. Meantime the rest of the world kept moving on, and now Americans have to be measurement bilingual and keep two sets of wrenches in the toolbox.

All that said, you can measure the hole spacing with either an imperial ruler or a metric ruler and it will come out OK It's also 0.11111 x 0.138889 cubits.

Don't even get me started on how daylight savings time and standard time are scheduled for the wrong times of the year.
