Terminal 13 resistance question

Hi guys.
Just finished build today.
All resistances ok except nr 13.
I get around 5 M Ohm, counting downward in in 10kOhm decrements
Until it reaches about 2 MOhm, when it suddenly starts slowly counting upwards from
about 170kOhms.
Only deviation from design has been the connection to 14u instead of 22L
On page 19.
Thoughts?

The "*" on that value signifies that it will vary a lot from meter to meter.  As long as you don't get 0 Ohms, you're OK to move on.
