Technics rs-1500 play head out modification instructions

Can any one point me to Bottle Heads official way to modify a Technics RS-1500 rear rca jacks to be wired directly to play head leads. I thought it would be in the Tape Path mod kit instructions but it was not. Thanks  Phil, Reel Pro Sound

There is not really an "official way". We would usually cut the connector at the end of the play head cables to the internal repro amp board and reattach them to some RCA jacks on the back. Typically we would cut off the PC board where leftmost pair of RCA jacks are and install some nicer panel mount jacks in their place, then attach the play head cables there.
