Still having voltage problems

So started when I blew up the soft start board because the 10k potentiometer was missing (See previous post).

Got the the new board and a new zener string.

Replaced them and now I get this.

Terminal Should be / Is

1 440 / 456

4 N/C

5 71 / 78

6 0 / 78

9  175 /140

10  233 / 0

17  0 / 0

18  0 /

19  175 / 141

Four pin socket

A1  74.1 / 82.6

A2  428 / 454

A3  close to 0 / .6

A4  69.2 / 77.5

Nine pin socket

B1  3.1 VAC / 3.2

B2  4.1 / 4.1

B3  close to / 0

B4  175 / 143

B5  0 / 0

B6  300 / 145

B7  0 / 0

B8  6.3 / 1.89

B9  3.1 VAC / 3.29

The B side LED don't light. I checked continuity between the points on the soft start board in and out of the diodes and everything was good. Flowed all the joints and checked continuity again. Still showing good, still not lighting and same readings.

All the zeners conduct when tested with the diode tester on my Vmeter.

Continuity between the board and all external components are good.

B4 shows a constant resistance of 349k ohm.

Any ideas on where best to look next?

Thanks in advance

Got it working.

Managed to put a 249k resistor in r3 instead of the 2.49k.

Guess decimal places do matter. And it looked pretty toasted when I took it out.

B6 and 4 are right on now.

A1-4 still running high.

A1 82
A2 453
A3 1.1
A4 76.8

Look close enough to me. Any reason I should be concerned or want to drop rose down a touch?

Thanks

I do as well. So unfortunately I can't blame my eyes.

Just my senile brain that saw a 2, 4 and 9 and decided "yup that one goes there."
