slightly high voltage on speedball

All voltages on small board are acceptable and all except the oa and ob on the big board.
Is 107v on oa and 105v on ob acceptable?

We probably need to adjust the voltage range a bit there.  If you have more like 90V coming out of the small PCB, then seeing over 100V on the output of the large PCB is totally reasonable.
