Shure SFG-2 Free To A Good Home - Found!

I expect this thread to last no time at all.  As the title says, I have a Shure SFG-2 that didn't sell in an auction.  I won't spend any more money to sell it. 

This goes to the first person who posts and PMs me for it.  I'll take care of the shipping.  This makes it cheaper than the digital gauge that is posted in the Phono folder.  That one is more accurate, but with this offer much more expensive.

...and being anxiously awaited!  No telling how long it will sit with Canada Customs, but we'll see.  My basement renos are nearly done, time to get the system back up and running!

It was sent as a "Gift" and a value of $10.  Hopefully you won't get it in the end from Customs.  IIRC it was sent USPS First Class Mail.  That just means not slower than "normal."

Ah, but how is 'normal' defined?  In my neck of the woods, I've come to the conclusion that delivery via Canada Post means "when they feel like it".  We've gone over a week with no mail delivered, not even junk mail, if you can believe it.  Lucky I can be patient when I need to be.

My BC friends once explained to me that Canadian postal rates were higher than US rates, in order to cover the storage costs.

It's also to cover their costs when they decide to go on strike every couple years.

It's here!  Picked up my mail too late yesterday evening to fiddle around with it, so tonight I'll check my two turntables and see how things go.
