Sanity Check on 6v6GT

I bought 2 new Gold Lion 6V6GT/CV511 tubes.  They should work in the MorePlay, shouldn't they?  I tried them and they do not light up, no sound.  Put the stock tubes back in and all is fine.  Just looking for a sanity check that these tubes should work.

If they don't light up, be sure the octal keyway is slotted into the sockets properly.  They should work perfectly fine. The Moreplay is about the least picky type of design you could hope for.
