S.E.X. 2.1 - FraGGleR style

My re-build from the ground up has started and I thought I'd keep a rough journal here as it progresses.

About the only things I am using from the old build is the wood case and the chokes and transformers.  Some of the parts were "upgraded," while some were simply replaced to save the time of desoldering things.  All wiring is now UPOCC copper.

Attached is a preview pic that I took while test fitting stuff while I wait for just a couple more parts to come in.  This was inspired in part by HF9's great work and a growing infatuation with old timey electronics.

  Thanks for posting a photo. It kinda keeps me inspired for my own prjects. You never know what you might 'catch' in a photo. In yours, I noticed the hammered paint job. I have always liked that style of finish. It's tougher to get right than you might think.
