So I have the older model Quickie and amp re-locating the inputs and would like to add one. My idea is to use a rotary switch to select the inputs and replace the original two position toggle. I see there are ones with 1 Deck and 2 Deck and poles... I am assuming I want 3 position, but beyond that I am a little lost. What exactly do I need to look for? Thanks in advance.

I think 2 poles 3 positions is good, assuming you'll join together all signal grouns as per original Quickie.
I think you'll want a non shorting one also, or a " BREAK BEFORE MAKE "

With a 4-pole, 3-position switch you can switch the grounds as well as the hot signal. This is what we do in the other preamps, because if one source causes some ground current it won't automatically pollute the other sources. But in most cases this is not a problem and you can switch just the hot signal, joining all the grounds.
