  220 r charcroft z-foil (8 ) for stock ones
  0.15 r mills 5w (4) for stock ones
33k charcroft z-foil (2) for stock resistors between volume pot and
  Balance pot.
I need to know that is it worth to make these changes
Any idea will be appreciated.thank you.

Some of these are completely out of the signal path, and some are grid stoppers that are in the signal path.  I haven't heard a difference when swapping these out for different parts.

I wouldn't mess with these. The 5W Mills parts might not even fit.

The better idea here is to get rid of the volume and balance pot and install the attenuator upgrade.

Thank you very much for your reply.Right now ı am using stereomour as a power amp with volume pot way up.my pre-amp is mingda mc 7r.so..i will keep the stock parts . Thank you again

If you aren't using the level controls, you can install wire jumpers across each 33K resistor.  This will disable the balance control and isn't ideal if the amp is returned to service as an integrated though.
