Resistance Readings..Help

So, I have some pretty off readings and I was wondering if anyone could help me.  I've checked out the solder joints to see if they were soldered on poorly, and had fixed a couple of them. This is the multimeter I'm using and I put it on the 200k mark. My multimeter also says the number 1, for infinity I believe.

The main ones I'm concerned about are 1,2,4,5,6,7,9,10 and I can post pics if that would help anyone.

What does the colon mean in your post?

Ah, I see now, I'd move onto the voltages.

This is kind of out of the blue, but I just wanted to say thank you for being so active within this community and helping others out. People like me really appreciate that kind of stuff =)

And all right, but I have some questions. Is it okay if my 3 and 4 readings say 0? And how about 6,7,9,10? They are not close to the reading, but is that okay?? Thank you!

Ah, I didn't notice that, 4 and 5 shouldn't be zero, and actually 4 can't be zero unless 3 is zero also..

If you have trouble spotting the problem, feel free to post a photo.

I would guess that maybe the red jumper between 2 and 4 is going from 3 to 4?

Well when I changed the setting to a more sensitive one it actually doesn't show it as 0 but something really close to zero. Also it's strange because I'll have to fidget A LOT with the power switch and power cord to get my amp turned on, but when it does turn on the leds are on and everything. Fuse still seems to be intact as well.

If you get your ~80V on that terminal (IE - the correct voltage), then the resistance can't also be zero, and actually the LED on that side should not light.
