Resistance problem

My Crack kit was missing the two 3K ohms 10W wire wound resistors. Not being able to wait, I purchases two. All the resistances check out except 7 and 9 which read 0 instead of 2.9K ohms. All the wiring checks out, the solders check out with both a stick and a magnifier. This is where the 3K resistors are wired. Could they be bad? Am I missing something. I thought that I would be listening to music tonight!

The simplest possibility is that they might be 3 ohms, not 3000 ohms.

Inany case, to check the resistors unsolder one end and measure the resistance from that end to the other end. This way there is no possibility that the rest of the circuit will affect the reading.

Replaced the resistors, still had some resistance problems, found a bad solder on the ground side. Now it's perfect. Incredible sound! I have been listening for a couple of hours. Thank you so much.
Now, I have to build speakers and a bigger amp!
When is the DAC coming out?
